How can I return products?

1. Go to "My Orders" in the "My Account" section on the Sirraymondtailor.com. *If you do not have an account, you can create a returns label via e-mail (esirraymond@gmail.com) and start the returns process.

2. Please click on “Order Details” button and view the details of your order.

3. Click the "Easy Return" button.

4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return. (You must also select the number of products to be returned if you purchased two or more of the same product in the same delivery.)

5. After confirming the selected products, you can see the instructions for the return. Points where you can drop off your return can be found at the Post Office link at the bottom of that page. (If there is no link, please see no. 9)

6. Go to the "My Order Details" page to download the created return label. Note: It may take a few seconds for the return label link to appear.If you encounter a problem, we can also send it to you via e-mail.

7. Place your invoice in the returns package with the products you are returning. Attach your shipping label to your returns package with the barcode and address on top so they are clearly visible and not covered up.

8. Then, if you are in one of the countries with drop-off points, you should leave your package at the drop-off point that belongs to the shipping partner stated on the return label, it is free of charge. Remember to keep the receipt given to you as proof of this delivery.

9. However, if you are in one of the countries where we don't have drop-off points, you can send your return with a shipping company of your choice and you must cover the return shipping costs.

The return address can be found on the return label; no additional address/information is required.

Countries with drop-off points: Germany, Netherlands, France, Great Britain, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Finland, Poland, Denmark, SwedenCountries without drop-off points: Slovakia, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Lithuania.

Don't forget:

* If your products have different delivery numbers, separate return labels will be created. These must also be packed separately for the return shipment.

* You must send your returns from the country of your delivery address so that the customs procedures can be completed.

What is your return policy?

• The return period is 30 days after you receive the product.

• Underwear, swimwear, bikinis can be returned if these are:

o not opened

o not worn

o in the same condition you received them

o unused

• If the returned products are identified as having been used, worn or washed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case there will be no refund.

When will I receive the refund for my returned/cancelled orders?

• The refund process for cancelled orders is completed within 2 - 10 business days.

• The refund process for returned items is as follows:

o Once the item arrives, we will check if it complies with the return conditions.

o If it does, the refund process will be completed within 2 - 10 business days.

o If it does not, the item will be sent back to your address.

• If your cancellation or return process is complete, you will receive an email on your registered account.

• The time it takes for a refund to be issued depends on your payment method.

o Credit card: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank. If you paid with a credit card, the refund is usually transferred in a couple of days. For debit card payments, the refund process may take longer.

o PayPal: The refund amount will be credited to your PayPal account. You can decide on PayPal whether the amount remains in your PayPal account or is credited back to your bank account.

 Can I change the delivery address and recipient name of my order?

• On the homepage go to "My Account" > "My Orders" and check the status of your order.


• If the order status shows that "Your order has been received" or "Your order is being prepared", you can submit your request by using the "Contact us" button.


• If the order status is "Shipped", it is unfortunately not possible for us to change the recipient name and/or delivery address.


Note: If the courier was unable to deliver the package to you (e.g. because you were out or the address was incorrect), the package will be returned to the Trendyol warehouse and you will be refunded.


How can I track my order?

You can go to "My Account" > "My Orders" on the home page and check the status of your order.


After completing your order, you will receive the emails related your order status.
